This policy describes the personal data collected on piano-a-queue.com/en/, how it is used, and your rights. The site is an editorial publication about grand pianos; it does not sell anything directly.

Contact / dealer-introduction form
When you use our form (request to be introduced to a dealer, information request), we collect: name, e-mail address, phone (optional), city or region, indicative budget, your message, plus the timestamp of your consent and your IP address (spam prevention). This data is used solely to handle your request and, if you asked for it, to forward it to a relevant dealer. Legal basis: your explicit consent (checkbox).
Audience measurement (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site audience. This tracker is only activated after your consent, via the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2: without your agreement, no analytics cookie is set). You can decline with no impact on your browsing.
Cookies
- paq_consent: stores your consent choice (duration: 12 months).
- Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*): set only if you accepted; visit statistics (duration: 13 months max).
To change your mind, delete the « paq_consent » cookie in your browser: the banner will reappear.

Contact requests: 24 months after the last exchange. Consent preference: 12 months. GA4 statistics: 14 months.
